Delete your Huriohuang account and data

This page explains how to permanently delete your Huriohuang account and all data associated with it. Deletion is free, irreversible, and available whether or not you still have the app installed.

Option A — Delete in the app (fastest)

Step 1

Open Huriohuang and tap My Report (the page titled "My AI Photography Report").

Step 2

Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account (erase all data).

Step 3

Confirm. Deletion completes immediately and you are returned to the home screen.

To delete photos instead of the whole account: open My Report → Score history, then tap Delete on a single record, Select to remove several, or Clear all history to remove them all. These options erase score records and their thumbnails only — your account and any unused score credits are kept.

Option B — Delete by email (no app needed)

If you have uninstalled the app, or cannot open it, email contact@huronghuang.com with the subject line “Account deletion request” and include:

The email address linked to the Apple or Google account you used to sign in, or
Your profile code, if you saved it when you first used the app

We verify that the request comes from the account owner before deleting anything — this protects you against someone else deleting your data. We confirm completion by email within 30 days, and in practice usually within 3 business days.

What gets deleted

Before you delete: unused scores are forfeited and cannot be restored or refunded after deletion. If you want a refund for unused scores, request it from Apple (reportaproblem.apple.com) or from Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history) before deleting your account. Deleting your account does not by itself trigger a refund.

On backups: backups exist for business continuity only. Deleted thumbnails and score records — never original photos — may persist inside an encrypted backup for up to 90 days. They are never restored into active use, and any restore operation re-applies pending deletions. Original photos are never stored, in active systems or in backups.

What deletion does not cover

Deleting your Huriohuang account does not delete your Apple or Google account, and does not cancel the payment methods held by Apple or Google. Scores you already shared as an image are copies outside our systems — remove those yourself wherever you posted them.

Other data rights
