2. Before you write

Having these details ready makes the answer much faster:

• Your device model and operating system version (for example, iPhone 15, iOS 26.0)
• The app version (shown at the bottom of My Report)
• What you were doing and what happened instead
• A screenshot, if the issue is visual

3. Common questions

My upload failed or is stuck on “scoring”.

Scoring runs asynchronously. Close the app and reopen it — your result will be waiting. If it still fails, check your connection and try again. A failed attempt does not consume a score.

A score was used but I got no score.

If the safety screen blocked the photo, or scoring failed on our side, the score is not consumed. If you believe a score was taken in error, contact us and we will restore it.

I bought scores but they did not appear.

Scores are granted after our server confirms the purchase with Apple or Google. This normally takes seconds. If the app was closed mid-payment, reopen it — the pending purchase is retried automatically at launch. If it is still missing after a few minutes, contact us with your order number.

I changed phones. How do I get my history back?

Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before, or enter your profile code. Your remaining scores and full score history are restored at no charge.

How do I get a refund?

We cannot issue refunds directly, because payments are processed by Apple or Google and we never receive your card details.

• iPhone / iPad: Apple's “Report a Problem” at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Settings → [your name] → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History.
• Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history → request a refund.

I disagree with a score.

Scores are an aesthetic opinion generated by an AI model, for reference and entertainment only. You can request a re-analysis or ask us for a human review.

4. Privacy and your data

To access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to delete your account:

• In-app: My Report → Delete account (erase all data)
• On the web: Delete my account and data
• By email: contact@huronghuang.com

5. Report a problem

Use the Report a problem button at the bottom of My Report, or email contact@huronghuang.com. Accepted scope: content violation, personal-data infringement, disputed algorithm result, improper labeling, payment dispute. Your identity is protected throughout.
